Ha Long bay - World Natural Wonder
After being recognized as World Heritage Site and one of the new seven natural wonders of the world, Ha Long was valued as top attractive destination to travel by boat.
Ha Long possesses magnificent beauty, including wonderful caves and hundreds of stunning rock islands on ocean surface which are mainly located in the Southeast of Bai Tu Long bay and in the Southwest of Ha Long bay.
Hundreds of rock islands having several different shapes Hon Trong Mai, Hon Rong, Hon Dau Nguoi,… create a vivid picture in bay. Furthermore, numerous majestic grottoes inside this rock islands have miracle legends like Thien Cung cave, Paradise cave, Surprise cave, Virginity cave,… Ha Long bay owns a typical biodiversity system with thousands of flora and fauna species.
Peaceful spiritual space in Yen Tu mountain
Yen Tu mountain is one of the highest peaks in Dong Trieu mountains in the north-eastern area of Viet Nam, located within the area of Uong Bi town, Quang Ninh province. It is a natural place covered by cloud and used to be called Bach Van mountain (white cloud mountain) in the past.
Yen Tu is well-known for being the first Vietnamese School of Zen Buddhism in the 13th century. In the past, tourist to Yen Tu had to climb the six-kilometer track, on steps made from rock, through the bamboo and pine tree forest leading to Yen Tu. Today they have the option of going by cable car, which has been operating since 2002, which will carry tourists to the Hoa Yen pagoda, and from there they can walk to visit other landscapes in the region. On the way to pagoda, visitors can see Giai Oan stream (Vindication stream), ancient trees dating back 600 to 700 years, then relaxed in calm space of Thien Tinh pagoda, Ban Thien Tu pagoda, Bao Sai pagoda, Vong Tien tower (Seeing fairy).
Every year, Yen Tu festival lasts from the 10th day of the first lunar month to the end of the third lunar month, attracts a huge amount of guests.
Tra Co beach - A true paradise in Mong Cai city, Quang Ninh province
Tra Co beach is located in the Northeastern extreme of the “S-shaped Viet Nam” in Quang Ninh province. It is by the border with China, and around 8 kilometers from Mong Cai mountainous town and some 170 kilometers far away from Ha Long. Tra Co is the border of a natural island which is created by the impact of waves and sea stream onto the shore; this place is cultural tourism destination and is one of the longest beaches in Viet Nam.

However, the best time to travel to Tra Co beach is the period from March to May and from August to November. If travelers visit there between June and July, they should prepare carefully because storms often appear in that time.
