TUI BLUE Nam Hoi An - the first 5-star resort in the South of Hoi An

At the ceremony, TUI BLUE Nam Hoi An General Manager Anton Bespalov expressed his sincere thanks to Vietnam National Administration of Tourism, Quang Nam Province, international and domestic partners and guests, who have wholeheartly supported the resort to overcome challenges during the last two years and to have such an honour to receive the 5 star certificate today.

Chairman of Thien Minh Group – the owner of TUI BLUE Nam Hoi An Tran Trong Kien jointly celebrated the event: “Today, TUI Blue Nam Hoi An is very proud to receive the official Five Star Recognition by Vietnam National Administration of Tourism. This is a significant and special occasion for Tam Tien, Nui Thanh and indeed Quang Nam. TUI Blue Nam Hoi An is jointly developed by TMG, Vietnam’s leading tour operator and TUI AG’s the World leading tour operator. The resort was opened in summer 2020 and managed to sustain Covid and many natural calamities such as storms and typhoons in 2020/2021. I am extremely proud of our team who has been working extremely hard over some of the toughest times to develop this resort.”

Managing Director of TUI BLUE (Hannover, Germany) Artur Gerber also expressed his delight at the achievement: “We are very proud that our hotel TUI Blue Nam Hoi An is classified and awarded as a 5 star hotel. This is a great incentive for our entire team”

Following the ceremony, Deputy Head of Hotel Department - Vietnam National Administration of Tourism Nguyen Thanh Binh and Vice Chairman of Quang Nam Provincial People's Committee Tran Van Tan official announced and awarded the Decision of 5 star recognition to General Manager Anton Bespalov.

Congratulated on the achievement of TUI BLUE Nam Hoi An, Director of Quang Nam Culture, Sport and Tourism Department Nguyen Thanh Hong proudly emphasized that this is the first 5-star resort in the southern region of Quang Nam. “The fact that TUI BLUE Nam Hoi An achieved 5-star recognition is in line with the direction of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee in expanding and developing Quang Nam tourism to the south of Quang Nam. I believe that TUI BLUE Nam Hoi An can continue improve and maintain 5-star standards in the coming time. Currently, Quang Nam province is focusing on improving infrastructure in this area, such as Vo Chi Cong route, Highway 40B, and the upcoming upgrade of Chu Lai airport, Ky Ha port... These are very important infrastructure, which will facilitate the development of tourism in the South of Quang Nam"- Mr. Hong stated.

"TUI BLUE Nam Hoi An achieved 5-star certificate, which will open more opportunities for the development of tourism in the South. Therefore, I suggest that investors should coordinate with local authorities in the area of Tam Ky, Nui Thanh, Phu Ninh, Tien Phuoc, Tra My to create tourist chains that attracts tourists to stay longer in our region," suggested Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hong.

At the end of the ceremony, Board Management of TUI BLUE Nam Hoi An committed to continue offering greatest experiences, high-class service quality and " make thousands of travellers happy and show the best of Vietnam has to offer to the world and our own Vietnamese travellers" – Mr. Tran Trong Kien emphasized. Mr. Artur Gerber also expressed his belief that “General Manager Anton Bespalov and TUI BLUE Nam Hoi An team will try our best to create memorable holiday for our guests.”
