Longest cross-forest slide of Southeast Asia
Cross-forest slide should be the most popular sport among visitors to Datanla waterfall tourist area. It is the first and only slide route in Da Lat, and also the longest of its kind in Southeast Asia. The slide route meanders intensively around mountains and crosses dark woods so that visitors are particularly excited to join the game, especially those with a bit of adventurous trait. In this slide, the average speed hovers from 10 to 20kph and the largest speed possible is 40kph. In addition, the slide is also equipped with sensor brake coupled with physical brake to enable players to keep the speed in check for safety’s sake.
Rope climb over Datanla waterfall
Rope climb over the waterfall is also among popular pursuits for adventurers to this tourist area of Da Lat. Before the climb, visitors are to undergo a brief workshop by experienced instructors who guide the usage of tools as well as the safest means to climb the waterfall. Requisites equipped and safety tools of the game include helmet, life saver, gloves and hook… Climbers are supposed to maintain tight grip on the rope while their feet forcefully cling to the cliff. Slightly lean out perpendicularly backwards to the cliff. The waterfall is essentially divided into 7 different tiers, thus also 7 levels of sensation of achievement for any players. High rope course
High Rope Course, which basically involves rope climb in midair, is a new service put into operation in Datanla waterfall of Da Lat tourist area. The game requires impressive stamina and physical strength from players. It consists of 6 levels of difficulty and includes 80 challenges. Following the registration of the game, visitors are instructed by a coach and equipped with safety tools, including a belt, keychain and helmet. All steps are meant for the sake of safety above all. Visitors get used to short journey, just 1m above the ground, under strict guard of an instructor. Having passed the first level, players can move on to higher difficulty levels of a certain height within the pine forest, and the difficulty keeps advancing should they feel they are able to get through. This will surely the most sensational and hair raising pursuit for any visitors.
Kayaking
Kayaking at Datanla waterfall is oft and much less adventurous, thus suited for families or peer groups. Aboard a kayak, rowers should feel free to enjoy and explore the surroundings while feel like afloat on the vast lake. Apart from the waterfall, kayakers can also reach the maple forest or the organic strawberry farm to relish these fruity gems of Da Lat.
