On September 4th 2003, some key leaders decided to separate and establish Vien Dong Commercial and Investment Joint Stock Company. On March 10th 2016, it was renamed as Newstar Tour offering a wide range of services: domestic tourism, traveling abroad, visa, flight ticket, hotel, MICE, vehicle rental.

After approximately 15 years development, Newstar Tour now has nearly 30 qualified employees who are young, dynamic, creative and professional working well under long-term vision of talent broad of director.

With exclusive stability strategy, Newstar Tour actively focuses on famtrips which help study service at local destinations, promote tourism potential of every places then to create perfect tourism packages for tourists. The very first successful famtrip organized by Newstar Tour was “Ha Long - the rendezvous” in August 2007 and for the next time were “Explore North East journey”, “Vietnamese entrepreneur & children”, “The journey to coastal island”, “Da Nang - Quang Nam famtrip”, “Discover the South”… Newstar Tour always takes part in annual tourism fairs including VITM; ITE; BMTM; ITB… as well as tourism exhibitions in Asia and all over the world to introduce and promote Viet Nam tourism.

Nowadays, Newstar Tour has become “a trusted companion” of leading companies and firms, for examples: Samsung, Canon, Dabaco, Vietnam Paper Corporation, PetroVietnam… People’s Committee of Bac Ninh province and other administrative offices in Bac Ninh province.
